This website

• There are no accounts and nothing to sign in to.
• There is no analytics, no tracking and no advertising. I do not know who visits, how many of you there are, or where you came from.
• No cookies are set by this site. The only thing kept in your browser is whether you chose the light or the dark theme, so the site can remember it next time. That never leaves your device and I never see it.
• The fonts are served from this site itself, so your visit is not reported to a font provider.
• The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps the ordinary server logs any web host keeps, such as the address of the request. I do not use those logs, and I cannot identify you from them.
• If you email me using the address on this site, I keep the email, because that is how email works. I do not add you to any list.

Mayank OS, my private dashboard

At os.mayankchaturvedi.com I run a private dashboard for my own records. It is not public. Only email addresses I have added by hand can open it, everyone else is turned away at the door, and there is no way to register.

That app asks Google for permission to read the names of files in my own Google Drive, so the dashboard can offer me a link back to the original document behind a number. Specifically:

• It reads file names and the links that open them. It does not read what is inside any file.
• It only ever sees my own Google account, because I am the only person who can grant it anything.
• Those links are stored in my own private database and are shown only to me, signed in. The links do not make anything public, and they open for nobody else.
• Nothing is sold, shared, or sent to anyone else. There is no other party involved.
• I can withdraw that permission at any time at myaccount.google.com, under third-party access.

Google data obtained this way is used only for the feature described above, and is never transferred to anyone or used for advertising or any model training.

Your rights, and how to reach me

Since I hold nothing about you, there is usually nothing to request or delete. If you think I do hold something, ask me and I will tell you honestly, and remove it if you want. Write to chaturvedi.mayank@gmail.com.
